Ggggrrrr...
I have been restricting myself to around 800 calories per day (STARVING) and this morning the scale said I am UP two pounds. I am on my period so I will wait a few days before I throw it through the window.
I try to weigh myself the week/day before my period & then after. I creep up 1,2,3 pounds in the week before & then lose that plus another 1,2 or 3 lbs when I weigh after my period.

If you do decide to throw it out the window...aim it at an annoying person. Two birds, one stone.

Your period will do it, I know mine does. Just wait it out and the scale should normalize If you have been consistently on plan.
