Not bad... :) Dare I say, I can pass for "normal." :) Yes, still very large, yes, my face fat never goes down, but maybe it's fat dysphoria or something but I don't think I look like I need to lose another 100 pounds as my WLS says I do. Again, maybe it's the fat goggles telling me that I am not really as big as I think I am, just as they have told me over and over again for years. It's your call. :) But, I still feel like with extra workouts, I can make an even bigger change. If I am eating 100% and working out this month and there is still little to no change, I will get the bypass. But until then, I will still be grateful every minute of the day for the work my sleeve did do and for the new life I have which makes working out possible.

I am so impressed by your progress! I can tell a tremendous difference in your face, it has gone down too. Keep up the good work.
I also have to say, you have a beautiful smile, you can tell it is really genuine! :)

You are so critical of yourself! I think your face is beautiful and can tell a big difference. Plus like Stacey said, you have a great smile too :)
Awesome! You look fantastic! Congratulations on your progress to date! Sharon
Sounds like a good, concrete plan to me :) Yay!
I think you are having an awesome attitude about all of this! And I so admire you for giving the exercise program time to work!.....Even though I don't know much about the surgery decision you have to make....i think you are doing the right thing to see what happens when really exercising with your diet also in check....you put me to shame girl!
You look so great! You can tell you feel great by comparing how you pose in the two different pictures. Your facial expression and stance in the first one is so sad-looking as if you had given up. In the second photo, your stance is a real pose and your smile is huge. There isn't anything sad about it. :)
cap your cals and move forward. Great plan..you can do this lisa...I think you look beautiful. It's what you want your life to be about...not what anyone else thinks.
You are beautiful! You look fabulous. And I can see a huge difference, including in your face.
AMAZING!!!!!!!! :)
What a difference! Wow.
I hope you continue to see great results over the next 30 days. :)
Give it a month, see what happens. And yes - I can see a big difference already!
You are so wrong-you look absolutely wonderful and terrific!
You look great, and I agree it doesn't look like you "need" to lose another 100 pounds.
Maybe you don't? Maybe 50 or 60 pounds down would have you feeling and looking the way you have always dreamed? Only you can know, ultimately. Cheering for you!
Great transformation already. Congrats!
I agree that you don't look like you need to lose another -100lbs. I think you look beautiful and I'm so happy that you have regained quality of life that you were missing. Your before picture just shows how much in pain you were, physically, emotionally and otherwise. Your 10 months post-op photo just looks like an entirely different person. My goal weight still won't place me in the "healthy" range with regards to the BMI chart, but that's okay. I've already acheived so much, if I don't end up PERFECT by BMI standards, I'm okay with that. If I can keep whatever amount of weight I've lost off, then I consider myself a success!
You look marvelous!! Not just because you have lost weight but you look happier. The shine in your eyes and smile says so much about where you are in journey. Very happy for you!
